Getting a present for someone awesome? We gift wrap at no extra charge and can also include a hand written message. Just indicate it's a gift in a message at check-out and the message you'd like written as a gift note. Your receipt will be emailed to you and not included with the package.

Our pet accessories are made in Canada. We don't just assemble or repackage our pet tags and other accessories, they are individually made in our studio in Vancouver, Canada. At this time, our products are exempt from US tariffs as they fall under the preferential tariff treatment under the USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement).

Our website includes a currency converter so you can browse in your local currency — like USD, EUR, GBP, AUS etc. This helps you get a clear idea of how much things cost in the currency you're used to. Since we're a Canadian business, all final payments are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). So when you head to the final checkout page, you’ll notice your total switch to Canadian dollars — this happens automatically, using the most up-to-date exchange rate.
