You can purchase eGift Cards which never expire. The gift card is code-based and sent to either your email or the email of your choice.

Every order arrives wrapped with care in recyclable or reusable packaging, and you can add a free hand-written note — which is why so many customers buy them as gifts for new puppies, adoptions, and fellow pet lovers. The unboxing is meant to feel like a little gift for a pet's best friend, not just a product in a bag. To add a handwritten note, just include as a note at check-out or drop us an email. Also, your receipt will be emailed to you and not included with the order.

Kissamo tags are designer acrylic pet tags, two-step laser engraved on durable BPA-free acrylic — nearly half made from recycled plastic. They come in vibrant finishes you won't find on a standard metal tag: neon, prismatic, iridescent, and glitter acrylic. Instead of a generic metal disc, you get something pet parents call a "compliment magnet" and say they've "never seen in a pet store" — individually made in our studio in Vancouver, Canada, not mass produced in a factory.

Our website includes a currency converter so you can browse in your local currency — like USD, EUR, GBP, AUS etc. This helps you get a clear idea of how much things cost in the currency you're used to. Since we're a Canadian business, all final payments are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). So when you head to the final checkout page, you’ll notice your total switch to Canadian dollars — this happens automatically, using the most up-to-date exchange rate.

Lost or damaged mail can be super frustrating. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Many things can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc.) but we will do our utmost to find a solution. We will also replace damaged items if you contact us within 7 days upon receipt.

We always email an order confirmation at the time of purchase as well as a second shipping confirmation once your order is shipped to you. If you did not receive, it is most likely that an incorrect email was provided at the time of purchase. Contact us and we will happily update this information for you; as well as, provide an update on the status of your order.

As a small business, we love reaching our community across the globe. However, international trade rules and local tax laws are incredibly complex and change frequently for every individual country. While we wish we could stay on top of every update, it’s simply impossible for a team of our size to track them all. The good news: Kissamo remains tariff-free (0% duties) for many countries, including the USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, thanks to trade agreements like the USMCA and CPTPP. While duties may be waived, GST/VAT or local processing fees may still be charged by your government based on the order value. Ultimately, any import charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for shipments that are unclaimed due to unpaid local taxes. We provide these details as a helpful guideline, but recommend checking with your local post office for the most current rules in your area.

To ensure greater visibility, engravings are color-filled with waterproof paint (typically in a contrasting color like black or white). The exception being mirrored and translucent pet tags where this is not necessary. On the back of each tag, text is centered as default and engraved in a clean, simple font. Please reach out if you have any questions and feel free to add a note at check-out with instructions.

Non-English characters can be engraved. Include your request in the personalization field for each tag or as a note at check-out. Depending on the size and shape of the pet tag, additional characters are often possible too. If you need extra text please include as a note at check-out and we'll work our magic. If we can't fit all the extra characters we'll reach out before engraving to find an alternative.

Our handcrafted acrylic pet tags are more durable than silicone and, unlike traditional metal tags, are UV-resistant and waterproof (not just water-resistant). They're built for swimming, hiking and normal play — just not totally indestructible. The part that matters most for safety: our tags are two-step laser engraved rather than surface-printed, so the text won't scratch off or fade the way it does on metal or cheap printed tags. A tag no one can read can't bring your pet home — so staying legible is the durability that counts. (Plenty of customers come to us after a metal tag rusted or went unreadable.) We use premium, high-impact acrylic that is thicker than others seen in the market: it feels substantial yet is silent and lightweight. For safety we don't make "chew-proof" metal tags, since those can chip teeth (ouch!) — and fastening the tag to the back of a harness is a great way to prevent chewing, especially for puppies. To keep your tag pristine, clean it with a cloth or brush, water, and a little dish soap. Easy peasy.

Yes — acrylic tags are silent. We use premium acrylic so no clinking or jingling against the collar, the bowl, or other tags. Owners love it for sensitive pets and senior cats and dogs so there is no more jingle-jangle. It's a quieter, calmer alternative to a traditional metal ID tag.

Yes. Acrylic is far lighter than metal, so the tags sit comfortably without weighing down small breeds, kittens, and puppies. Our tags are thicker than traditional metal tags yet the material is far lighter. It feels substanial and eye-catching without adding weight or bulk. Small-pet owners often tell us it's "finally a tag that doesn't weigh them down."

The Interlace collars allows you to adjust the diameter to their exact size. Just loosen the knots (you don't need to fully untie them) and adjust the amount of slack needed. It allows for a truly custom fit and for the collar to grow with your dog. See our blog post for detailed instructions.

The best hardware for your dog depends on their daily routine and how they prefer to "get dressed." Both options are crafted from premium, water-resistant zinc alloy, but they offer two different utilities: Signature 3-Ring: Featuring interlocking rings intended to showcase your Kissamo pet tags. The rings also allow you to adjust the size of the collar on the go by switching from two or three rings. Trigger Clasp: A heavy-duty swivel clasp engineered for security and full range of motion. This is ideal for hiking, sports and heavy pullers. Regardless of which you pick, both styles feature our signature Interlace "no-hole" rope, ensuring a perfect, bespoke fit that grows with your dog.

The braided rope is densely woven so it naturally sheds dirt. For a deeper clean, hand-wash with warm water and dish soap or baking soda and wring out the excess water. Thanks to the breathable nylon, both the collar and leash typically air dry within 12 hours. Pro Tip: Use a towel to wring out as much excess water as possible—the more moisture you remove , the faster it will dry. It is not necessary to untie the collars for washing, though you can loosen them if you want a deeper clean. See our blog post for detailed instructions for tying the collar knots.

Absolutely. We designed the Interlace dog collars specifically to hold our ID tags. Kissamo tags will fit on both the 3-ring and trigger clasp hardware. And you can choose to hang from either size split ring depending on how low you'd like their tag to be.

Every Interlace leash includes an O-clip on the handle. This is designed to conveniently hook accessories like their poop bag dispenser, travel water bowl, or a safety light for night walks. You can also use this O-clip to hang the leash cross-body when your dog is off-leash, although the main lobster clip at the end of the leash can be clipped onto the handle itself too.
