Got a question? Don't hesitate to contact us, whether it be about customization, sizing, engraving, shipping or anything else. We aim to reply within 12 hours and often much quicker.
Please reach out if you have any issues or concerns about your order especially during shipping. Lost, delayed or damaged mail can be frustrating. Many things can influence delivery times (weather, holidays, etc.) and unfortunately items can also be damaged during shipping. However, we will do our utmost to find a solution as well as replace or refund lost or damaged items.
Our processing times vary depending on the item but we make and ship most items between 3-6 business days. You can request changes or cancellations after purchase so long as the item has not been made yet. Shipping times are listed here.
