Shipping Policy

All our items are made and shipped from our studio in Vancouver, Canada. Tracked shipping to the United States is typically 3-6 business days and shipping within Canada takes approximately between 3-10 business days (untracked and tracked options are both available). For outside North America, tracked shipping typically takes between 8-22 business days although please be aware shipping times vary on the time of year.​ This includes the UK, EU and Australia which typically take 8-15 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us and we will do our utmost to make things right. We will replace any item that arrives defective or damaged. Once more, all non-personalized items can be returned no questions asked if shipped back to us. Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns/exchanges for personalized pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

 

Please contact us first to arrange the return address (shipping "return to sender" may result in extra handling fees and longer delays in processing the return). Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days after receiving the original item and exchanges within 3-6 business days during normal studio hours.

 

Exchanges or refunds for the original purchase price are given if the item is posted back to us within 30 days from your date of delivery. The item must be returned unused in its original condition.

For product returns purchased using a coupon or discount code, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e. with the applied discount. Not at the regular price of the item.

 

There are no extra service fees for our Kissamo gift cards but gift cards are non-refundable.
