We aim to keep the information on the Website as accurate and up-to-date as possible but occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, shipping times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders even after purchase.
We aim to display our Products in the most accurate terms but cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

ORDERS & BILLING
Prior to purchase, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by e‑mail provided at the time the order was made. Errors in shipping information provided by the customer may result in lost of returned mail which is the responsibility of the customer. Returned mail can be reshipped but may incur a new shipping and handling fee.
Lost and stolen mail can be frustrating. We will work with you to try to locate any missing shipments but please be aware we not responsible for weather and postal strike delays, theft or items marked as delivered so please ensure you provide a secure location for shipping.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Not every order is subject to customs or import taxes but please check with your local post office or government website to see if any may apply. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price as they are levied by the destination country and due upon delivery or pickup.
COUPONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Coupons and discount codes are valid for a limited time only. Kissamo reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons and discount codes at any time.
Coupons and discount codes sent via email or SMS marketing are one-time use and cannot be used multiple times by the same customer. All coupons and discount codes are strictly non-transferrable and we reserve the right to decline orders where, in our opinion, a discount code or coupon is invalid.
Discount codes only apply to regularly priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, coupon or promotion.
Coupons and discount codes are not redeemable for cash or credit.

This includes images and videos in which Kissamo is tagged directly or using hashtags. All confidentiality provisions apply and reviews and online tagging are the only exception to our confidentiality obligations.

Our liability under these terms will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the relevant Order.
No action may be brought under any Order more than 30 days after the Order is terminated or the Products are delivered to the Customer.
The Customer shall indemnify Nullam Resources Inc. for any costs incurred in enforcing any of these Terms.
BREACH OF TERMS
Without prejudice to our other rights under these Terms, if you breach these Terms in any way, or we reasonably suspect you have, we reserve the right to take formal action which may include but not limited to litigation and court proceedings.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are covered by and defined by the laws of Canada. Nullam Resources Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the Courts of British Columbia, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.
INDEMNITY
Nullam Resources Inc. and its directors, agents, employees and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any consequences resulting directly or indirectly from any action or inaction you take based on the information found on or material linked to on this Website.
