She stayed in touch with me throughout the process and informed me every step of the way. I was blown away by her approachability, customer service and attention to detail. Since that first transaction, our dog has amassed a collection of 20+ Kissamo tags, and there are constantly new and tempting designs! We love the creativity and attention to detail in all of the designs and have also been honoured to have Laurel bring a couple of special requests to life! Our dog gets so many compliments at the dog park for her different tags, and we tell everyone we can about Kissamo, because we just love the products, and their values *that much*! I can't enthuse enough about my purchase from here. This was everything I was looking for in a dog tag. The design is so cute, my dog's name is clearly legible, my phone number is included, and it is engraved not printed on so I don't have to worry about anything wearing off. It was packaged so nicely too, and the seller even included some dog treats and a hand-written note! The only thing I could complain about is that Etsy didn't recommend this shop to me sooner! But it did arrive quickly once I ordered. I would highly recommend!
SO stinking CUTE!!! I knew my cat Cindy was in for a treat just from the pictures alone, but it's somehow even cuter in person. The quality is also amazing. If you're looking for a sign to treat your pet with some bling, this is it <3 Also - the shop owner is super sweet and proactively informed me that major weather events delayed my shipment. I thought it was so kind of them to give me a heads up. Will definitely be stopping by this shop again.

Such a beautiful tag! I got this for my mini goldendoodle Waffle - she loves it and she gets so many compliments on it. The quality is also excellent and doesn't wear down easily like most pet tags. 100% would recommend and will buy again.
