Okay, so first off, the seller is a dream to work with. She's responsive, understanding and provides proofs of the tag. I requested a custom one for our new puppy and it's perfect. Honestly, the worst thing about this whole transaction was that it made me wait a week+ to review it. It looks fantastic on our dog, Storm, and it doesn't bother her at all. It's not noisy (though we have other tags on her that are) and she looks adorable with it! All in all 10/10 would order again.
