Laurel was wonderful! Whenever I had questions on formatting for the engraving, or even a concern afterwards about my dog wanting to chew the pet tag, she was always timely in her responses and very understanding. Apologies for the photo quality, as my dog did not want to cooperate with me lol, but this acrylic tag is amazing and looks just like it does in the listing. It'll soon become a cool accessory for his harness.
