Ordered this for our pup because the tags were so cute and complemented her name. Had high hopes but was blown away by how durable and cute the tag is in real life. And so quiet compared to traditional metal tags!
Packaging was also amazing - this is peak customer service. There was a hand written note, a little treat for pup, and even a special ring to hold multiple tags and the additional lobster clasp I ordered. I really appreciated the extra consideration for that, since I ordered two extra little charms to go with the tag and it really does make taking the tag on and off so much easier. Will definitely be coming back!
