Laurel is the rock star of customer service. You can tell she loves what she does and makes you feel like you are the only customer she has. Her response times to emails are super fast and she will work with you to get you exactly what you need. One of our dogs passed away in last year and she had a matching tag to our other dog. When we adopted our new pup last month Laurel made us the same tag even though its no longer being offered. That meant so much to us. Kissamo is a local business worth supporting. Not only did Kissamo humour my request, but they made it happen!
I got this tag, but instead of a white backing, I got it in a bright yellow backing to coordinate my little dogs colours on her collar, harness and leash.
I messed up my own phone number and they helped me right away to able to order a replacement tag for it.
The tag is quality materials, doesn’t jingle like metal ones, and it’s a conversation piece when on walks, actually!
I will be ordering more tags in the future from Kissamo. So should you.

These were my third purchases from Laurel earlier in the summer and I just placed another! The hologram is so unique and shines with different colours at different angles. The cats’ microchip tags are also exactly the same size as the name tags and it’s so satisfying that they line up. I also originally loved the block font but the retro 70s groovy font is adorable and one of the cat’s names has an accent and it looks so good in that font. A note that you should try to keep their teeth away from the tags even though that may be hard to do! The kittens play and you can see dots and dents from teeth mark bites. However, it doesn’t affect the engraving on either side since the tags are amazing quality. I highly highly recommend!!
I bought the personalized hologram pet ID charm and requested that the block font be used. Laurel was more than obliging and kept me informed every step of the way. The pet ID charm has been made with great quality and has been able to stand up against puppy teeth (before I have the chance to take it out of my puppies mouth, of course!). Thank you Laurel!
