Kissamo started because of our dog, Tessa, and her habit of completely wrecking traditional metal pet tags on Vancouver's rain-soaked trails. This capsule is a love letter to our home—the city that inspired our waterproof dog tags in the first place. The colorways of our Interlace collars and leashes draw directly from local cherry blossoms and driftwood-scattered beaches, while the vibrant, retro signage of Strathcona and Gastown inspired the look of our "Vancouver Special" and "Boop" pet tags.

Can I get custom pet tags in Vancouver?
Yes. You can personalize all dog and cat tags online with your bestie’s safety details. We use a specialized two-step laser engraving process to etch the info deep below the surface, so it never wears off or fades.
Are they actually weatherproof?
Unlike traditional metal tags that corrode or rust, our premium acrylic is completely waterproof in both fresh- and salt-water. Because the material is entirely nonporous, it also won't trap trail grime or retain that classic "wet dog" smell after an atmospheric river downpour.
